Matthew 5:6 - "Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled."
Living Faith Full is a health coaching business dedicated to being a resource for those are trying to break unhealthy eating habits, those just getting started on a health journey, those needing help on next steps, or those looking for inspiration to stay motivated.
As an integrative nutrition health coach, it is my job to make sure that you have the tools needed to transform the information you have about health into application in your everyday lifestyle. And that is what I have created this space for!
Throughout this site, you'll find a variety of resources that will guide you in achieving both physical and spiritual wealth. This will come in the form of practical health tips through blog posts, recipes, guides to help coach you through achieving your goals, and so much more.
You will also learn that I strive to integrate my Christian faith and morals into everything that I say and do. Living Faith Full is founded on the belief that the holistic health of a human being will remain in an incomplete, unfulfilled status unless there is a spiritual filling at the foundation of it. And this spiritual filling comes from none other than faith in the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
Jesus stated in Matthew 6:33 - "But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you."
Everything that we need (yes, even the health of our physical bodies) is found when we seek and find that spiritual filling that every human temple longs for...FIRST.
My prayer is that the information enriches your mind, body, and spirit in every way and that you are equipped with the tools to live out your faith FULLY. Let's go!
Hey there! I’m Kiana (Coach Ki) and I am so glad you are here and am excited to connect with you! BUT, I do want you to know a little bit about me first.
My passion for health and wellness began when my college career ended and I immediately got busy in the corporate world. Without any help or guidance on how to get accustomed to that lifestyle, my health suffered as a result. I experienced burnout, stress, mental and physical fatigue, gut issues like IBS, and hormonal issues like PMDD and PCOS. Somewhere along the way I became heavily dependent on highly processed and fast foods. I also picked up the poor habits of food addiction, emotional eating, and binge eating. But what I didn't realize was that I was actually doing all of these things to cope with unprocessed trauma from my childhood and early adulthood. It wasn't until I began applying the principle of "treating the cause, and not the symptom" before I started to see true change in my mental and physical health.
Although I grew up in a Christian household and got saved at 8, I lived in a state of partial obedience for the majority of my adolescence and early adulthood. I knew of God, but my lifestyle did not show it. I honored God with my lips, but my heart spoke something different. It took for God to show me that I was prideful, arrogant, lustful, and an idolater in order for me to humble myself and fully surrender to Him.
There are various different components that make up a person's total health. As a Christian, I believe that true health begins with a healthy spirit. Jesus said in Matthew 5:6 that "Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be filled." I believe that many people are walking around with a spiritual hunger, but they try to fill it with physical food. I also believe that our health is a spiritual matter and every area of our lives are impacted by it. I created Living Faith Full in hopes for others to tend to their spiritual needs while also learning how to properly steward their physical bodies in the process. Be blessed!

Q+A
What is an integrative nutrition health coach?
An integrative nutrition health coach is someone who inspires and motivates people to achieve their health goals, but takes a holistic approach in the process. This means that we take into account every area of a person's life (spirituality, career, finances, home environment, etc.) to guide them throughout their health journey. We are not doctors, so we do not prescribe medication. We are not nutritionists/dietitians, so we do not prescribe diets or meal plans. We are accountability partners that empower clients to build and adapt unique lifestyles that fit a person's needs.
Do you provide 1:1 health coaching, 1:1 personal training, or group training services?
I do provide 1:1 health coaching services by request only. I am not providing any personal training services. Please complete the "submit a request" form at the bottom of the page or email coachki@livingfaithfull.com
Do you recommend any specific types of diets?
How do I support Living Faith Full?
No. As an integrative nutrition health coach, I do not advocate for any specific type of diet. This is because of the idea of bio-individuality. This means that every human body has a unique genetic make-up, so there is no one-size-fits-all approach to achieving health, weight loss, or weight gain goals. What I DO recommend (regardless of bio-individuality) is to consume a diet that is focused on whole foods.

Losing weight and breaking bad habits can be hard. Let me help! When you choose me as your health coach, we work together to create a personalized plan that fits your body, your goals, and your lifestyle. I work as your guide and motivator, and will equip you to take back control of your weight, your health, and your life.
